Positive Body Image

From a very young age, we are taught to constantly change the way we look to fit the image of beauty portrayed in the media, movies, tv shows, magazines etc. Girls as young as the age of 7, think they’re fat, and/or are unhappy with their physical appearance. Let me repeat… From the age of 7. Something needs to change, we need to pave the path of positive body image for future generations.

It starts now. It starts with speaking to ourselves like we speak to our children, putting the scale away, not comparing ourselves to others, not restricting our diets, and believing that we are so much more than our physical appearance.

When I train my clients I focus on health, self-love, and realistic fitness goals (short & longterm). I train the WHOLE client.
